Introduction

The 11Six24 Power 2 Series is built around a simple idea: power should be usable, not overwhelming. Instead of relying on raw strength alone, it focuses on giving you a paddle that stays stable through soft exchanges while still offering enough pop to finish points when you speed up. The goal is simple: make power more playable across all parts of the court. At the center of this feel is the Gen 4 floating core, which creates a responsive transition between soft and aggressive play. Paired with the HexGrit surface technology, the paddle maintains consistent spin and ball grip over time, helping players shape shots with confidence rather than relying on perfect conditions or fresh surface bite. Together, the system is built to reward intent, giving players a more controlled way to attack without sacrificing finesse.

Power

Power is strongest in the Elongated Hurache-X, with the Hybrid Vapor and Widebody Pegasus sitting very close behind. The Hurache-X benefits from its extended shape, allowing it to generate heavier drives and deeper baseline pressure with less effort. The Vapor remains very close in raw output, offering a strong balance between drive power and usability. The Pegasus, while slightly lower in pure power, still produces more than enough pace to attack effectively, especially when paired with its more controlled swing profile. Even though the Hurache-X leads here, the difference in real play is more about style than dominance. All three paddles are capable of finishing points when loaded properly.

Control

Control clearly belongs to the Widebody Pegasus. It offers the most stable and forgiving feel across all soft game situations. Dinks sit low, resets are easier to manage, and placement feels intentional rather than forced. The Vapor provides moderate control, sitting comfortably in the middle. It can handle soft play well but requires slightly more attention during extended kitchen rallies. The Hurache-X is the most demanding in this category. It requires cleaner timing and better touch to keep the ball where you want it, especially in tight exchanges where forgiveness matters most.

Hand Speed

Hand speed is another category where the Widebody Pegasus stands out. It feels the quickest through the air, making it extremely effective in rapid-fire exchanges at the net. That faster response gives it an edge in reaction-based points where timing is everything. The Vapor follows with a solid but more moderate feel. It is quick enough for most players but doesn’t quite match the immediacy of the Pegasus. The Hurache-X feels the slowest in hand battles, which is expected given its elongated build. That tradeoff favors reach and leverage, but it does reduce quick defensive reactions in fast exchanges.

Pop

Pop is where things shift slightly in favor of the Hybrid and Elongated shapes. The Vapor and Hurache-X both generate lively response when you speed up the swing, making them dangerous in quick finishing situations or fast counter exchanges. The Pegasus sits just behind in raw explosiveness, but its pop feels more controlled and predictable. Instead of jumping off the face unpredictably, it stays composed, which many players actually prefer in fast kitchen exchanges where precision matters as much as reaction time.

Conclusion

Looking at overall performance, the Widebody Pegasus stands out as the most complete and dependable paddle in the Power 2 lineup. It blends strong control, quick hands, and consistent pop in a way that translates cleanly across all areas of the court. Instead of forcing a specific style, it adapts well to most players and situations, which makes it the most reliable option overall. The Hybrid Vapor sits in the middle as the most versatile “do-it-all” choice. It offers a solid mix of power and pop with decent control, making it a good fit for players who want flexibility without leaning too heavily into any one strength. It performs well in most situations, even if it doesn’t fully dominate any single category. The Elongated Hurache-X, while the most powerful on paper, is more specialized in practice. It favors reach, driving power, and aggressive baseline play, but gives up some ease of control and quick-hand stability in the process. That said, it has a clear upside for former tennis players. The longer shape, extended swing path, and familiar leverage feel natural to that background, and many ex-tennis players will find they can unlock its strengths more comfortably than others. Overall, all three paddles benefit from the same Gen 4 construction and HexGrit surface technology, but the Widebody Pegasus makes the most complete and consistent use of that system for the widest range of players. The HexGrit surface in particular is a game changer, not only because it delivers reliable spin and feel, but also because it helps the paddle maintain its performance and durability over time, allowing it to last longer without losing its bite.
